Message for The Flying Dutchman & Tosca ticket holders
Ticket holders to Opera Lyra’s cancelled productions (The Flying Dutchman and Tosca) may donate the value of their tickets for a charitable tax receipt, exchange the tickets for La Boheme and Traviata, or request a refund.
Please exercise your option as a ticket holder as soon as possible. You may donate your tickets back to Opera Lyra for a charitable tax receipt; exchange your tickets for future Opera Lyra performances, namely La Bohème during the dates of September 8 to September 15, 2012 and/or La Traviata during the dates of March 21, 23, 2013; exchange your tickets for any NAC orchestra performance; or receive a refund. Exchanges should be done in person at the NAC. If you are unable to do this, please contact Lee Ann Norris at 613-233-9200 ex229.
Ticket refunds/donations can be mailed or brought in person to either Opera Lyra at 2 Daly, Suite 110 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday or to the NAC box office between the hours of 10:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday. Many patrons have chosen to donate the value of their tickets for a tax receipt and this is helping to stabilize the company. Thank you so much for this special consideration.
We are grateful to all our patrons for their patience and support. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellations.
